I hunger for quality news…it’d be a big favor to political discourse…our ability to do our work here in Congress and to the American people to be able to talk with each other and have some faith in their government….”
So, there ya go, cable execs: get back to your jobs of telling the American people that everything’s OK, wise men are in charge and know what they’re doing, the unwashed masses in the silent majority should be silent again, and would be if you cable execs had better distracting programs to keep them in front of their TVs and out of our hair.
Stop trying to be individuals and get back to the collective where you belong.
