The “Reunify the Red” slate of candidates won overwhelmingly in tonight’s Chesterfield GOP leadership election, with an approximate 2:1 margin of victory. You intended to send a message and have your voice heard, and it was heard loudly and clearly. A big thanks to all Chesterfield voters who participated, regardless of your desired candidates winning or losing. What’s important is that you showed up (even with the long line and cold weather).
And thank you to all the candidates who put themselves out there for the election…we need you.
Now the work begins.
