Event: Cross-Over Lobby Day at the General Assembly Building
Time: February 13, 2012 from 9:30am to 3:30pm

Event Description:
Virginia Tea Party members will use the General Assembly Building, Room 5-West, during the 9:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. time frame, as a base of operations.
The core presentation time in Room 5-West, is expected to be 11:00 a.m.-12 noon. The CoLA Committee will invite a delegate and senator to each speak briefly at 11:00 a.m., then AG Cuccinelli is expected to begin his remarks about 11:15 a.m.
Individual Tea Party groups are encouraged to make appointments to see their delegates and senators, either in the morning, before our 11:00 a.m. program, or in the afternoon, after the House and Senate conclude their respective sessions.
The 12 noon-1:00 p.m. period is open – (make your own lunch plans) – House and Senate are in session.
