On Tuesday, May 15th the Mechanicsville TEA Party will meet in the parking lot of Lowe’s (off 360 near the 295) at 6:15 p.m. to travel together to the East Henrico Tea Party meeting.
Henrico County has demanded that our signature yellow signs be removed from private property in the county, even though the Supreme Court has ruled that political speech on signs is protected by the 1st Amendment.
This Tuesday, May 15th, the East Henrico Tea Party will have as their guest speaker Henrico County Manager Virgil Hazelett.
This will be our opportunity to question the County Manager and show support for our common cause with our sister tea party.
East Henrico Tea Party will meet from 7pm to 9pm at the American Legion Battlefield Post #144 in Sandston. The address is:
