The Tea Party Patriots (national organization) is organizing another rally in DC, to be held on September 23rd. We haven’t been promoting trips to DC in a while, but we think this particular event is worthwhile and well-timed. As you likely know, after republican leadership’s utter betrayal on repealing Obamacare, it looks like they are now set to raise the debt ceiling without requiring ANY concessions from the tax-and-spend opposition. And also swirling now is talk of larger bailouts for the Obamacare insurance companies. At least on economic policy, the repubs and democrats are getting harder to tell apart (leadership, at least). Let’s show the country that we support the conservative tenets of President Trump’s agenda, that we expect Republicans to keep their promises, and that we want “the Swamp” to reduce its burdens on the American people by reducing taxes, rolling back regulations, and spending within our means.
