The push for this amendment to the U.S. Constitution is really taking off, and it’s been only a couple months since it was introduced. Expect to hear a lot more about this in the coming months.

With the continued and increasing abuses of the federal government, there is an enormous appetite among the general public to find some way to limit federal power. The repeal amendment does just that. It is a simple and effective way to empower We the People through our state legislatures to reject any future (and past) federal power grabs. The amendment specifies that a 2/3 majority of the states can vote to repeal any federal law.
