Ben Chafin Wins; Republicans Gain Full Control of VA Senate

In the special election tonight in VA’s 38th Senate district, republican Ben Chafin wins the special election with 60% of the vote. This gives republicans total control of the Senate with a count of 21, or +1 more than 50% of the Senate seats.
