Attorney General Mark R. Herring (Democrat) plans to announce Tuesday that Virginia will no longer recognize concealed carry handgun permits from 25 states.

These 25 states have reciprocity agreements with the Commonwealth and some may retaliate. I hope they do not and keep Herring/McAuliffe looking “stupid.”
